Mini Game posttt...!!!cx

What I've learn from my game is that it looks like it really hard for the creators of games that we play.At first i thought that game makers would have less problems making them, but it's not completely true because they have fun but they mite sometimes have problems with the codding.Something that surprised me while doing my game I really do some what know much more than what I thought I would know. 

Learning topic questionsss....;o

The most interesting genre for my game idea would be puzzles and some of the adventure as well.I learn that in adventure is good for the player not to get bored and puzzles like put questions and funny answer choices so the player has some hints.

Some of the features in the games I played were cool like the puzzles for the bones and the questions but also like try to trick them.

How would I put all my levels come together with some good details and how to make it more interesting to play, so the player doesn't get bored while learning???? ;0 ;D

My learning topic is about endangered species (pandas) in china.One of the reasons why I wanted to do it was because I love pandas and I wanted to learn bout them and make a game that could be fun by finding the things that are almost making the pandas to be instinct for ever.
The most important thing that I want the player to know is that he/she is just not playing  just any game, its playing something that can teach them,and that also to make it fun so they could play it and tell there friends as well.
The research that I did was was on pandas in china.
I learned that in South china there is problems the pandas are facing like there food sources the bamboo takes allot of time to grow but people are cutting them down so that makes it harder to the pandas to look for food and they are really picky with there mates so if they ave no food no energy to go find their mate to make babies.
When I stared working with the ideas that I had in my paper prototype I looked at it and I really didn't think it would go there so I stared changing some things and putting in other things some where.
The most useful Ingredient in my game is the score.It helps the player know that, that's how many points it needs for the next level and it also tell you to get them before the time runs out. 
The most hard thing in my game was the score because every time I picked one thing it would take away or put more than it what it had on the actions.I overcame it by going to my help center and looking closely at it and fixing the things that I had problems with.The feature in my game that I am most pround of is the score.

One of the codes that I have no problem with no more is, in ingredient #2 (scoring).Why?,well because when I first stared I had no idea were to get the code for my ingredient.So I remember that Ms.Valdez told the class that if we ever got stuck in a problem of coding in our game that we should go to the help center in the wiki.So i went there and saw the scoring code and then I went and read step by step so I could put the code that I needed.When I first stared I kept on not doing it right so I was frustrated that I couldn't do it right,then I kept on going back until the last day we had before thanksgiving break I had made it work.So that's what I had to overcome in my game....!!;D ^.^

The most important thing that I want for the player to learn is that,when the things are important is not really good to ignore because in the future we are going to regret what we have done and that learning about our planet is important and that by playing my game it be fun to disappear the dangerous tools and people that want to disappear our animals,but they mite think that they wont hurt them if they kill a couple of them,well they should think again.;)
Well the research I did was on Chinese pandas and a couple of other animals as well.I learn that by cutting trees and making more businesses kills the food that the pandas eat.It also makes it harder for them to look for food.
My ideas change when I was drawing my game out,when I put the codes and drew it out.Sometimes I liked it but other times I would change the things that I thought that they weren't good for my game,and so I would put something else and if I liked it I would keep it.
The game ingredients that I use,I really didn't know them until I would go to the help center of the wiki to see the codes and directions of them.That place helped allot  because when I would get stuck not knowing were I could find it so I just would go to the wiki and get codes and directions from there and then I would just put them in my game,the help center helped allot.
The most difficult part of my game was to put codes and how to put new frames were u want them to be.I solve it by going to the help center or I would ask my table mates to help me wen I was stuck in some part of my game.The features I am most proud of from my game are,The cursor,some what my drawings.

Hidden Objects...

I felt good by drawing in flash for like my third year.At first I thought I couldn't do it, but after concentrating in what I had to get done it was easy.It also helped me that my neighbor would help when I would get stuck. Some of the actions that I would like  to put in my game would be, sounds, timer,points,and the hidden objects.  

Drawing Background...!!

I felt good by drawing my back ground  for my game,I also felt that this is really good because I can hid all my hidden objects and they mite not be seen because most of the things I'm going to use in this game are most of the colors that are in my background.I also feel good because before I never new I could do this with any help of the teacher's or my class mates.I use to think that I needed someone else in my class to help me out on brain storming my background, but now I see that I don't need any help, from no one but my self.

About paper prototypee..

I made my paper prototype based on what I thought would look good to hide my hidden objects, so it makes it harder for the player to find it.I also made my game by researching about the animals that I included in my game, that also helped allot.

Some problems that helped me through out my ideas was that learning about the animals first I would know what to make in my games and what ideas I  would have too.One problem in my game was that since they are animals that they all mite have in command, but as I looked through their history it comes that only one common thing through this animals is that they all are endangered species, It was there the whole time.I guess that my game will come out good, hope it does, and it will come out with learning in it as well.Well that's all I got to say...tehee......;)

My vision for my gameeee

What my vision for my game is going to be about saving the endangered species in China,The is going to be a forest with a big trees,houses,an more.Were my animals live the people that hunt or use the animals for clothes, will come and try to take away there habitat or hunt them for something then the player will lose.There will be am amount on time through out the each level.This topic inspired me because allot of poor animals are losing there homes and they are being hunt down for food or clothes.It also inspired me because I love animals and specially the Giant Panda in China.

Topic for hidden object game

I like this topic because It gives me information that I use to not know,I also do this because I like Animals and I like learning about them as well.I also like it because one of my favorite animal in china is the number one animal to being close to extinction and i feel sad because its because of human kind or hunting.That's why I'm going to use this for my hidden object game....!!:) 

Playing to learn part 1.....!!

What I learn by playing this games,is that hidden objects are easy to make but hard to make it fun for people to go and play them.I liked most of the game that I've played but some are really not that fun for someone to play them.The one that got my attraction at first, I  the later didn't like it.Then I saw this game that got my attention and then later I had liked it that i played it for a long time.

Some ideas that i got from the other games were that sometimes while you are playing the game its good to make them click something and give a little of information so later when they are given a question or to go to the next step, they already had something to answer with.Some other ideas that I got from the other games, is that making it hard sometimes it is fun but then to hard makes the game boring.

First Moth Of School....!

My first moth of school was pretty awesome , hum my feeling for the new school are some what in the middle , why well its good that we have a gym and that we got some nice classes but not all our teachers from last year are here and that stinks.

Some positive things that had happened this year are that our new teachers in this school are cool ,awesome ,nice ,and really helpful. Sometimes our teachers don't help us but they say that they don't do it because they want us to try it our selves so we can learn from our own mistake and not do them again in the future.

some positive things that had happened during this past moth, are that I saw my friends again that is nice but some of them have left the school. I now that don't see them but at least I can text them or contact them some how. The new teachers are really nice, including the teachers from last year too.

Humm some of the challenges I've faced through out this moth are not really important because it's just some drama , and I'm really trying to not just be in it but like to get away and pay more attetion to school than just that. Some other challenge I've faced is doing my homework every day or every time the teachers have gave me.

So that's how my first moth of school is been...!!!!^0^ ^-^......

Thoughts and reflections about the globy's

1. What did you think about the article?The article was awesome it told everything that I need to know it looked like I was there in the globe's even though I wasn't there.


2. How did it make you feel to read about your school and Globaloria, a program that you participate in.It made me feel proud of being a East Austin College Prep, student because all of us as students could become someone really important in the future.


3. If your game was featured in the article, how did it make you feel? Proud, happy? My game was not there but I do feel proud of all my friends that their game was announced in the Globe's I am happy,proud of all my friends that had worked hard to be in the globe's.


4. If your game was not featured in the article, what would you like for the author to have said about your game? That we had made a maze and that me and my partner did a amazing game even thought we wouldn't win.


5. Which game do you think the author should have mentioned in his article and why?  I think that all the games that I played were awesome and that they could of put all the games and said some little good things about them.

UHHHH....their is so many people that are really mean.like really what about if that was them they would say.....but they have them to fear so they can't snitched on them so they can't get in trouble,but for me I would and never were one of those shoes, you should try to do that because your killing even little kids less then me and you how would you feel that that was you and try to tell people other and would not believe you.I would stop paying for those shoes so I don't kill those little kids and let them study instead of learning how to work when he or she is about 3 years old.So please think of what your are really doing to those poor kids that get kill by that work that there doing.BAD...REALLY STINK MAN...UHH

How could you take this real-life event and turn this into a game.

By trying to make the player search for what type of thing is and try to see were they came from.

What genre would you focus on? Mystery.

What skill or topic would your game teach? My game will teach how to care,or see how awesome looking at the things that come from outer space look like.

What would the player have to do in the game? The player will have to analise the thing or meteor and learn some facts of how are they made or how long they  been there in space and of what materials were they made of.


What would the hero of your game look like? The enemy?It would look like a normal person just like a scientific,and the Enemy will look like a Aelien because the  Alien doesn't what the Scientific to know that they live in outer space.


What type of animations or sounds would the player see and hear?How the thing or meteor comes with fire people screaming and the scentist running in slow motion.


What would be the title of your game?The tittle of my game is going to be "look at the thing fro outer space."
